ABOUT US
I am a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner providing compassionate, evidence-based care for adolescents and adults. I earned my Doctor of Nursing Practice from Washington State University in 2016 and have experience in both inpatient and outpatient psychiatric settings.
I have an interest in ADHD, anxiety, depression, and mood disorders, providing psychiatric evaluations and medication management. When appropriate, I collaborate with other members of your healthcare team to provide coordinated, individualized care.
My approach is warm and collaborative, with a focus on truly listening and understanding the whole person and not just a diagnosis. My goal is to create a supportive, judgment-free space where you feel heard, comfortable asking questions, and actively involved in your treatment.

When I’m not working, I enjoy spending time with my family, traveling, and taking advantage of everything the Pacific Northwest has to offer. I’m happiest near the water, at home with our animals, or finding time for the people and things that help life feel a little more balanced.
